'Another Way'
By Charles Garland

Running from 14th September 2009
Aimed at transition years six and seven, commissioned by Breckland Council, and Norfolk Childrens Services this fast paced new musical deals with antisocial behaviour in contemporary youth culture. Exploring personal responsibility, bullying, smoking, illegal drug taking and issues of peer pressure, this show is all about learning to stand up for yourself and learning to take a stand.
We journey through the lives of six characters and how they come to terms with the social and emotional changes they each face; making choices and living with the consequences of those decisions.
The show is supported by original music and songs which echo the turbulent lives of the protagonists. This is a gritty piece which will engage young people from the outset.
The show is designed to support your SEAL Curriculum and also PSHE in the classroom.
Running time: approx: 50 minutes.
